Our Story

Hello and welcome! It is pleasure to be your personal travel planner for your trip to France.

 

My name is Nini, founder of Tourcatcher.

I’ve always found joy in traveling and planning various trips for myself, my family, and group of my friends. This has always been a delightful pursuit for me. Because of this I decided to transform my love for travel into a dedicated profession.

 

Driven by my passion for tourism, I pursued and achieved a bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Hospitality, followed by a master’s degree in Tourism & Cultural Heritage. 

 

Armed with over 5 years of academic and professional expertise, I created Tourcatcher. This platform serves as my avenue to extend specialized assistance throughout your journey in France, offering insights into its beauty, culture, and gastronomy.

 

I’d be delighted to help you accurately plan every aspect of your trip to the smallest detail, guaranteeing personalized service tailored to your unique preferences.

  • Take our short quiz and let us know in details what type of travel you wish to experience.
  • After we receive your quiz we will contact you to discuss further details. When we have full information we can start working on your travel project.
  • As soon as we finish your itinerary you will receive it by email as a travel diary including links and photos.

The cost for tailor-made itinerary will depend on your travel duration and your preferences. The price normally starts from 40€.

We are asking for 25% of the total payment so we could start working on your project. As soon as your itinerary is finished we will send it to you and will ask for the rest of the payment.

We understand that in the process of planning there might be details that you would like to add or modify, because of this we can make 2 changes for free.

In all services whichever you choose it is included:

  • Full Research, Budget & destination study
  • Customer Support 24/7
  • Travel Diary with itinerary and links

What isn’t included:

  • Travel Insurance
  • Any bookings made from our side (flight tickets, accommodation, concert tickets)
  • Payments from our side (We can’t book or purchase any service instead of you).

Unfortunately we can’t book or purchase tickets. When you receive your itinerary with links included, it depends on you whether you would book it or choose any other option.  

Unfortunately we can’t book your accommodation.  From your itinerary which you will receive, we will attach several links depending on your budget. It depends on you after this whether you would book it or choose any other option.  

Unfortunately we can’t book or purchase any services during your trip.  From your travel itinerary you can check the links which will be attached and decide whether this suits you or not. 

As we are creating fully tailor-made and personalised travel itineraries for you, the process approximately is taking 7-10 days, depending on details in your agenda.
